A-League, news, records: Brisbane Roar v Adelaide United, Al Hassan Toure brother Mohamed Toure

Published

on

Adelaide United could hand a debut to the A-League’s third-youngest ever player on Saturday evening when they face Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium.

Mohamed Toure – brother of Adelaide’s breakout striker Al Hassan Toure – will be 15 years and 320 days old come kick-off, and has been named on the bench for the crucial clash.

If he features, he’ll become the third-youngest A-League debutant, behind Adelaide’s Teeboy Kamara (15 years, 212 days) in 2011 and Melbourne City’s Idrus Abdulahi (15 years, 216 days) in April 2019.
