Old Trafford boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he already has it in his head that he’ll make the former Leicester centre back his future captain.

While the team has endured an underwhelming start to the Premier League season, Maguire has made an immediate impact both on and off the park since arriving in Manchester.
And with current skipper Ashley Young’s form slipping from week to week, Solskjaer admits a change of leadership is something he’s considering.

“Maguire a leader? He does, he’s already been in my head as a future captain,” Solskjaer told Sky Sports.
“On the pitch, he’s a leader. Off the pitch he’s a top professional, he’s vocal.
“I’m very pleased on the money we spent on him. He’s one looking like we can give the band to, yes.”
