With his side 1-0 up, Kamsoba had a golden opportunity to double the lead when he was slipped through on goal by substitute Marco Rojas.
With the goal clearly in his sights, all the Burundian needed to do was beat the keeper and find the back of the net to put the game out of reach.
But he was left licking his wounds after a truly awful effort — one which actually silenced the AAMI Park crowd.

A poor first touch meant Kamsoba rushed his shot and somehow skied his effort over the onrushing keeper and over the woodwork itself.
The missed chance ultimately meant nothing as the A-League strugglers went on to seal a 1-0 win over their Thai opponents.
But for Kamsoba on a personal level, it was a head-in-hands moment he’ll be wanting to forget sooner rather than later.
